How I Fund My Projects

Being creative and intuitive is in my nature, but I wasn't born wealthy and needed a way to fund my ideas and business ventures. I have found the best way to fund my projects is a combination of working hard and thinking harder.

Television For Pets (Cat TV)

As a pet owner that is always on the go, I had to find a way to help entertain my pets and noticed a ridiculous amount of commercials for cellular companies, insurance and big pharma. So, I created a few YouTube videos for pets to watch by recording them in their natural habitat and put it online for pet owners to help entertain them whilst away. Who knew there were so many pets that would watch YouTube? Most importantly

unlike us, "Animals Don't Skip The Ads".

Restuarant Delivery

I recently built a restaurant and grocery delivery app that has changed the delivery game. No fees for restaurants and drivers are paid a livable wage.

My Philosophy on (Human) Website Development

My career in web development has spanned a wide spectrum of projects, from custom service sites for contractors to complex retail platforms, widgets, tools, and even a global online directory. Seeing a project come to life while embracing new advancements in search and discovery has always been my passion, and I'm proud of the work I've produced.

A Focus on Independent, Custom-Built Platforms

Early in my career, I made a conscious decision. While the industry sheep trended heavily toward template-based systems like WordPress, I focused on building independent, mobile-ready, dynamic websites from the ground up for the past 25 years.

This "from-scratch" methodology allowed my projects to function perfectly without relying on accelerated mobile pages (AMP) or separate mobile apps. While platform-based sites often become dependent on a complex ecosystem of third-party plug-ins, I found greater benefit, security, and performance in building custom solutions tailored precisely to the goal.

Current Focus: LLMs and Future-Proofing Digital Assets

As of 2025, my professional focus has evolved. I am still actively developing my own sites and applications from scratch, but my new emphasis is on building proprietary LLM (Large Language Model) projects.

I believe this custom approach is more critical now than ever. In an age of advancing AI, having an independent digital presence that truly represents you or your business is vital. Unlike a pre-built site, a custom-coded entity can change how future systems, including advanced AI and potential quantum indexing, will portray and rate your digital footprint.

My Status: Not Accepting Clients (But Happy to Help)

To dedicate my full attention to these new projects, I no longer build websites or apps for new clients and have turned my focus to my existing portfolio.
